• Drinking water is provided via dispensers on each floor and water pitchers in rooms.
• Wet amenities (e.g., shampoo, shower gel, hand wash) are provided in refillable dispensers.
• No single-use plastics for dry amenities (dental kits, vanity kits, slippers) or beverage condiments (tea, coffee, sugar).
Eco-Friendly Supplies
• Paper products (towels, tissues, toilet paper) are eco-certified.
• Trash linens used in public areas and guest-facing operations are biodegradable.
Conservation Initiatives
• DND (Do Not Disturb) option encourages guests to skip daily cleaning.
• Signage encourages reuse of bath towels and limiting bed linen changes (every two days for stays of three nights or more, with exceptions for guest requests and elite members).
• Air conditioning is set to 26°C, Cool mode, Low fan speed by default, with adjustments available upon request.
